Context: A young woman, presumably a reporter, is walking nearby the police men riding their horses. Police men argue that she may record, but due to the curfew restrictment, she has to be detained, just like the rest of the people. Once she's conducted inside the truck where the rest of the people are being kept, she finds a young woman who got shot in her head by the Police Riot Squad (ESMAD) and hasn't been medically treated, instead, she remained detained.
Translation:
Policeman: You may record everything, record whatever you want, but we are in the middle of a curfew.
Several police members refer to the curfew.
Policeman tells the camera girl recording to go inside the truck: lady, get inside that truck.
Cameragirl: Why are you doing this to me?
Policeman answers: Article 35, numeral 2.
Our team reviewed this article and it clearly states that citizens must pay a penalty fee, but cannot be detained, just like it is happening in this case. Therefore, this detainment is absolutely ilegal, as stated by the Article 35, quoted by this policeman. Camera shows a girl with her head covered in blood.
Camera girl: What happened to you?
Detained man: Please tell her, she's from the press.
Affected girl: The Riot Squad Police hitted me with a rubber bullet in my head.
Camera girl: Why?
Affected girl: There was a big mess, so we started running but then I just sat down thinking everything was over and suddenly I got shot in my head.
Detained man: We weren't doing anything
Camera girl cries.
